  1. This is comparable to our highway systems development....except that they need to move millions where we had to move thousands. I find it funny for us to criticize debt. Also depends on what they/we are spending it one.

  2.  @Cier433  we are talking about money they wouldn't have had to spend on anything else . Now it's up to them to generate income to make it pay.
