  1. It used to be that people lived in NY and spent the winter in Florida. Now people live in Florida and go to North Carolina in the summer. Homestead keeps property taxes low.

  2. @pkal  he reminds me of a pouting 5y old. His great success was to stay out of people's lives and let county's decide. Now he's on that self-righteous religious trip. He completely failed fixing the unemployment system when federal covid money was ready to be released and now he is ignoring the insurance problem that will not go away by itself.

  3. Between Naples, Miami and key west you find 3 completely different worlds..... and that's just south Florida. There is a beach for everyone. Don't like it, you picked the wrong one . The only thing you can't find are mountains. Too bad our governor has gone insane lately but that's what term limits are for.
