  2. There has to be some type of repercussions for judges that have rulungs overturned. 2%- ok 30% is a whole different story

  3. That actually something pretty normal. She's there to prevent people dying in jail .... and protect the police from lawsuits. The cop not taking him there right away ofcause created the opposite situation
