  2. Taking extra money that can be used to run is a good idea - not being able to get a lawyer because of it , not so much. There is a basic question - is the person a threat to society. Confiscating passport and cash should be an option. .... use tracking devices . There is so much money for lawyers and police in the bail system. Bonds man are making insane money on this .... and " share"
