  1. We have a "abandoned car" rule too but they just fine you. Easiest solution is to turn it around do they can't see the tags. ( not allowed to step on property)

  2. It's intended for abandoned cars. Put it in your garage or behind your house. Take a picture of the driveway and send it to code inforcement. After a week put it back facing the other way with the rear of the car covered. She had plenty of time to move it .

  3. I might have a problem with a neighbor that operates a car repair business out of his residence - 8n the driveway ( not inside the closed garage ) it certainly lowered his neighbors house values.
