  1. Wells Fargo is the worst. I have my mortgage with them and wouldn't do it again. They just recently tried to trick me into refinance to a higher rate. I'm in Florida and we are having some insurance issues. you're constantly expecting them to sneak in fees or pull some other trick to squeeze an extra $$$ out of you.
