@scottlemiere2024 qualified immunity was intended to guard against frivolous lawsuits. Not knowing the law shouldn't qualify for immunity.... same as excessive force. These violations should also make them liable on a personal lvl.

Starts with prosecutor doing their job.... or having independent prosecutor that only go after police misconduct.

@tonycamp4514 it shows. Guys all tatooed up with full face beards pretending to be some special forces. ... openly breaking traffic laws and all around just behaving like thugs. Problem is that we got here because there are no standards. This is not going to get better until "the worst of the bad apples " are getting charged by prosecutor instead of being protected. Our lee county sheriff made $1million gambling at local casinos ... and he's still in office. How is that ok? ( fbi also investigating him .... after no one else was interested in a bunch of other issues)

@tonycamp4514 recruitment might go up after cops become respectable again and don't look and act like thugs. I know many people that used to be all law and order that now have nothing but disgust for how the police behaves.

Lee county sheriff is making $1 million gambling.... amongst tons of other issues.... hes still in office That's just south of punta Gorda. 😂
