If your listing agent doesn't show up to actually - sell it . Find one that does show up. Agents have become so lazy..

@bradenculver7457 not cool . We just assume that they were part of build and any loose Lego were stored away, out of sight. ... correct 😃

I hope it's about not getting a glass and not the milk. Anything to drink in the fridge is fair game .... if you use a glass.

@briancihak8271 I guess that's why they are now listing and not selling agents anymore. MLS, photos, description and a legal aid to prepare contracts. .... thats not worth 3% on a $600k house.

@kevinmach730 I was smiling about the bidding wars. It's agents not pricing the property correctly. If people want to give you more money, you most likely left some money on the table . They obviously misjudged the market and the public was exited about it. ( I used to do this job for 30y in 4 different counties)
