  1. Condo buildings should collect money over time as certain items age. This way, everyone pays for the time they own a unit. If you buy a unit in a building that doesn't have money set back you better do double diligence. .... might be good to have a realtor that knows about stuff like this. Building parts actually come with an experation date.
