  1. How did they not notice when looking at the house? ... multiple times. "OH, my phone doesn't work " .... now the really important thing is what the builders sales person responded. I don't think they have to disclose without being asked.

  2. The story of schools under power lines are sooo old . Why would you move there in the first place? .... not having cell reception is the least of your problems..... just use wifi.... with booster.
