  1. The year 911 is mostly seen as the end of Eastern Frankish Empire and the start of ,Germany'. So Konrad I was ,King of Germany'. In 962 Otto l was the first german king, which was crowned as ,Roman Emperor' , so in the time 911 to 962 the rulers of Germany had simply been ordinary Kings of Germany.
