  1. I am german. For decades i watch german TV show , Aktenzeichen XY' , in which Police searches for new facts to solve unsolved cases of dangerous crime. Some of this crime cases are shown as Clips with actors. Nowadays people mostly call the Police, when they notice strange things, but especially in 70s/ 80s / early 90s, when portable phones had been unknown, often people heared or saw unusual things, but for ( to me) unknown reasons, didn' t call Police.
