  2. A sidenote from a german citizen: In 1960s the man could have bought a semiautomatic .22 rifle , needed no licence until either 1969 or 1972. Since 1972 a licence is necessary for all firearms. But this case shows, that a mass murder case is sadly possible also with selfmade weapons.
