  1. ​ @Jorokusaki : Once liberal really meant a kind of centrist/ middle between both political directions, quasi a compromise. Assumingly you are simply to young, to know an idea of decades ago. In Germany, Austria and Switzerland, i am german, political Parties with a ,Frei' ( Free) in their name mean those old meaning of liberal. Btw., Frei' can, depending on context , also mean Independent.
