@thomasbecker9676 : Both Thomas and Becker ( a dialect version of Bäcker/ baker) could be german, so i was not sure, if i could write in german. Those saussages made of wild boar or a mix of wild and house pigs taste good. I personaly think, during my childhood( late 60s/early 70s ) saussage tasted better than now, so i like to try saussages, made of unusual meat ( sheep, goat, house rabbit, buffallo, ostrich, deer, roe) only one time i was dissapointed. A canadian sausage made of American Bison was of low quality..
