  1. I think thiis revolver was designed for old style target/competition shooting with angled arm, as it was common before wwl.

  2. I think that is a target/competition revolver. Before the first world war many competition shooters shot pistols/revolvers with a very angled arm, so that the extraordinary handle/grip (?) would make sense.
