For the case Ian is in the german state Baden- Württemberg, for example to visit Walther company or the Weapons Museum in Oberndorf am Neckar ( Mauser/ Heckler & Koch/ Feinwerkbau), he should travel to the small town Owen (3800 inhabiamts). It is realy a town ( Stadt), there are relicts of medieval fortifications. There are three destilleries which produces Whisky of barley and spelt ( Dinkel). In this town about fifteen other destilleries exist, producing traditional swabian fruit spirit/ Schnaps. Also in many other villages such small destilleries exist, but traditional Schnaps is no more drunken so much, so more and more stop to work, or try to produce Whisky or ,fine liquors' for modern taste.
