  1. In Oberndorf am Neckar, where Mauser factory formerly was, is still the Schwedenbau/ swedish building. It was build for producing the first swedish Mauser rifles. Today there are two museums ( firearms museum and homeregion museum) and a number of semiofficial indtitutions.
