  1. The definition of a "drama queen" is a person who habitually responds to situations in a melodramatic way. Something tells me this flight attendant had never gone off his rails like this on a flight before. So that is NOT habitual. There's only so much rudeness a person can take before they return fire.

  2. Paying for a service does not entitle someone to be a jerk to the server who is just trying to do their job.

  3. He wouldn't be doing his job if he turned a blind eye to passengers not following requirements to keep themselves and others safe. That passenger knew BEFORE they boarded that plane that masks were required.
