  1. The human body can't tolerate the transit to Mars as it involves too many weightless days. Both the US and Russia, and everyone else, have been trying to solve this up in the ISS, all to no avail. Astronauts/ cosmonauts have to be CARRIED off of their seats after they land. Even the healthiest guys and gals lose muscle tone at an astonishing rate while on orbit. Even travelling at Musk speed is too slow. The transit must be limited to two, perhaps three, weeks -- tops. No technology in sight will permit such transits. The whole Mars 'thing' is a FAD. It can never work because we can't change human biology.
