  1. Zelenskyy has pulled this stunt, repeatedly, with other politicians. The two prior rug-pulls were shocking and insulting, too. But, they were behind closed doors. There is NO WAY on God's green Earth that Trump or Vance think in terms of such manipulative stage craft. Whereas Zelenskyy has done so many times over. Until Zelenskyy's assent, Trump was willing to just let things pass, let Rubio deal with matters, entirely. Here's the sequence: Bessent, Rubio & Vance, Trump & Vance -- only the last was on camera instead of in camera. If you ever took the time to watch the whole video, it becomes crystal clear that Zelenskyy launched the renegotiation. Of which, Vance then interjected. Everything American was spontaneous. The Americans are just not that crafty. BTW, Zelenskyy was on the phone/ met with senior DEMOCRAT politicians the morning before the Big Meet. Cute.

  2.  @adagietto2523  It's ironic, but quite the reverse is true. The antics before the cameras do NOT betray their respect for power... diplomatic power. If this row persists, many doubt it will, the World will discover the obvious: America can't be replaced. EG the electronics inside NATO smart weapons need American assent. So, all that Europe has to offer is 'losing.' Review the tape. Zelenskyy sprung the trap on Trump. Not the other way around. Such tactics are the norm for the WEAKER hand. They are quite unnecessary when you've got five-of-a-kind in your hand. What's deeper behind all of this: Europeans have extended LOANS. Biden extended GIFTS. Trump wants / demands PIK financing. If PIK is news, Google is your friend.
