  1. You're in the poverty stricken 3rd World. The number of 'claimants' to the tailings is infinite. Why, other than TV, Parker is even there is a mystery. There is ZERO prospect of anything 'working out.' There can never be any co-operation. Hell, the Spanish Conquistadors totally screwed all those who have followed. You must know that the original natives, circa the 16th Century, were absolutely puzzled as to why, why, why the Spaniards were both assholes, murderers and fixated on the yellow and silver stuff... yet were prepared to convert them to Catholicism. Yeah, nothing figured. The Spanish and Portuguese were illogical and most often INSANE... and always cruel beyond belief.
