  3. Absolutely no-one is going to lease out a claim that is this rich. I'm amazed that the crew was even brought to the property. The claim owner did not want even exploratory panning. He knew what the values were, already. BTW, the claim owner is most unlikely to be a poor man. What's astonishing is why the claim is still dormant.
