  1. Her true anger is towards the younger -- very happy gal -- who's headed for the altar. But, by the rules of the game, she HAS TO deflect her rage against the male. The sub-text is that HE should've hooked up with a gal -- just like the complainer -- out of the dating market. You know that she is, because if she was getting the male attention she desires, she wouldn't have time to pen her screed.
