  1. Family Courts won't speak it, but the divorcing male has to provide LIQUID resources. This means that HIS liquidity goes low -- usually negative. If he's a business owner/ contractor -- he's usually CRIPPLED due to his collapse in liquidity. Imagine he sells used cars. To make the Court happy, he'll have to collapse his inventory -- or more likely -- dump his enterprise in a fire sale. What the Court rules as 50:50 really is 120% and (20%) -- yeah, he's in the hole. (The Court does not use liquidation values.) But, that's just the assets. He'll still be on the hook for child support -- and sixty-months of alimony, perhaps even more. Gals will co-habit in sin rather than see their alimony stop. Think of the next dude as being on 'adult-support.'
