Shopping between RR, GE or CFM is not their game. Red China is still at the stage of cloning all technology. IMHO, the Red Chinese market is an illusion. The CCP simply will not permit outsiders to profit from it -- ever. The CCP is running a national Ponzi of industrial development. When the bean counting is all done, Red China will have been revealed as a wealth pit for the West. The CCP is sure to turn positive economic results into militarism. This economic vector is already well advanced.
