  2. Speaker Johnson's priority has to be to gain seats for the GOP in November... however that is achieved. The GOP majority in the House is too slim to do much more than nudge policy. THIS is frustrating the Freedom Caucus -- who -- collectively -- over-rate their legislative clout.
