Jeff, use the blade strictly straight-up and down. Its when you attempt to free-hand horizontally that you're guaranteed to de-chain the saw. It's the twist that must naturally occur that does the deed. Replay -- in slo-mo -- your own footage and you'll see the twisting. A bunch of verticals can then be busted out -- rather quickly -- by your roto-hammer. Try this and see if your results get happy.
