  1. The Big Problem has been Biden. HE'S the guy who has throttled military aid -- even before the war started up, again. He's the reason why the Abrams were so tardy... and so forth. Most everything sent is out of the boneyard -- 25-35-45- years old. Patriot is the only exception. The GOP didn't even control the House during 2022. It was the Democrat party across the board. All of this is why Speaker Johnson wants the administration to lay out exactly what the Big Strategy really is.
