@muradlekov3679 You've lost the plot. The Red Chinese will reverse engineer/ clone the software -- and put it wherever they see fit across their economy. BTW, the stuff we're talking about is often merely software -- just code. So there is no material expense worth discussing.

@muradlekov3679 It's the ELECTRONICS. The Red Chinese are notorious for reverse engineering anything in sight. The major brands don't want their high-end exclusive features suddenly showing up for dirt all over creation. The whole scheme is to frustrate Red Chinese IP theft. Period. You clearly are not aware of the Red Chinese CLONES of every significant automobile success in the West -- to include Japan. These clones reach the point of the absurd.
