  1. Plastic off America pales in comparison to that released by Red China. Just look at the plastic flowing down their major rivers into the ocean. It's EPIC. As for American plastics, they are now being engineered to DECAY after so much exposure to the environment. The idea is to stop emitting into nature 'forever' plastics. This is becoming increasingly realistic as most plastics, without additives, will decay when exposed to UV rays. Doubt me? Check out any PVC pipes exposed to sunlight -- say atop a building -- they turn black and brittle.
