  1. The F-35 in peacetime does not go in to full stealth mode... pretty much ever. Meaning: the video is trolling for hits. This dude is no engineer. The fact that huge low frequency radars can detect stealthy planes is not even news. (Think of their air wake.) The combat reality is that stealth still totally defeats radar. Radar arrays the size of a barn can't be mounted on planes or missiles. Across the board, the US DoD does not reveal the true engineered capabilities of its systems. The US DoD always talks down its tech -- and builds up the tech of Russia, Red China -- you name 'em. It always has.
