  1. The answer is: NO. Not in the numbers that Ukraine has. They will be mobbed on the ground, if nothing else. For diplomatic reasons, I can imagine F-16s being armed and sent aloft from Ukrainian bases... While being maintained and stored inside NATO lands. Ukraine is going to destroy the RAF by pulling its planes into Patriot kill boxes... with F-16s as bait.
