todd long The court system never deals in facts -- it deals in EVIDENCE. This is about the first thing brought up in law school. Many, many things are true, but can't be introduced into evidence. Here say evidence is a perfect example. It can -- and often is -- completely true and truthful. It can't be taken into evidence.
Of course, USSC are LOADED with political weight. Chief Justice Roberts famously wrote both sides of the Obamacare ruling! Now that was weird.
He'd changed his mind mid-way through the decision process, and he was the swing vote.)
BTW, ANY general contractor-developer is destined to go to court rather constantly. The vast number of Trump lawsuits that shock the general public -- don't raise an eyebrow by his peers. He's got big pockets, and thus is a magnet for attorneys. Overwhelmingly, they just want a payday.
Apple, MSFT, Google, FaceBook are sued CONSTANTLY. Sometimes the plaintiffs are international bodies, the figures VAST.
It's the way of the world at that end of the pool. Trump is nothing special.
