India, Indonesia and Red China are allowed UNLIMITED coal burning -- and all are ramping away -- totally nullifying anything done by the West. Red China is the sole source of the Pacific plastic raft. We know this because the trash is all labelled in Mandarin. This epic raft of oceanic pollution did not exist until Red China's economic boom. The citizens there, just toss their stuff into a river -- thence on out to the Pacific. Red China used to recycle manufactured waste. Xi has stopped that -- by edict. What a guy! Now America's landfills are booming and bulging. Retail trash separation is now futile, just what you'd expect.
