  1. This plane is a missile truck. It is not expected -- in any way -- to be a lead strike aircraft. Once its opposition has been degraded, Katy-bar-the-door! Don't be surprised if, eventually, this flying truck is given pretty stealthy, very long range, air-to-air missiles. Figure net-worked drones to be its hound-dogs. Said drones will be kept in the kennel until hostilities break out. So there's no dog to train against. The USAF needs the additional platforms; the US government needs Boeing to stay solvent.
