  2. Correction: No-one, but no-one, waits for that Last Day of liquidity. The Crisis is NOW. That's what the Rubble is telling the world. Painting the Tape does not solve the Rubble -- it's dead. It does not function as Fiat. It has been reduced to box-tops/ S&H Green Stamps. The Russian economy now must function based on USD and potatoes... beets, maybe. Putin has burned down Russia.
