Too many technical errors to be over-looked. The energy of gas compression is available as a higher voltage and watt-density in a correctly constructed fuel cell. Wind turbines are known economic disasters. Even Bill Gates is admitting it. Wind is just too variable. Turbines break. The hydrogen economy -- as a concept -- is now two-generations old, launched by your grand-parents. It can ONLY pencil out with hydro-power -- which is really nature's second-stage solar power. Hydro-power from the Amazonian rain forest hits the eastern Andes of Peru in sufficient amount to power the Western Hemisphere. Diesel cycle engines running on hydrogen are by far the shortest route to heavy truck adoption. Fuel cells don't like vibration, BTW. But, as a general rule, the energy economy of the Green's dreams don't scale up. Even putting PV arrays atop homes is economically stupid. They should be mass produced, mass installed (robotically) at ideal sites -- like the high deserts of New Mexico and Arizona -- TVA; BPA style. Then very high pressure electrolyzers would (directly) convert the juice to hydrogen gas at 400 Atm. (You bump up the voltage and the water pressure.) At such a scale, even the oxygen could be sold.
