De facto, the Governor took over PG&E. Its ENTIRE board was replaced -- with his political appointees. PG&E is now a socialized corporation. Sacramento now, de facto, runs PG&E. Yes, it's politically run. ALL of its recent fiascos started with directives from Sacramento. Yup.
