Russia and Saudi Arabia are being GUTTED by the artificially low prices that their price war requires. THEY are the ones losing the most amount of money. For the US, fracking is a trivial fraction of the national economy. For KSA and Russia, oil is practically EVERYTHING. It's their primary export and keystone to their government's solvency. So, you've managed to totally spin out their propaganda - while missing what's going on. Cute.
