  1. The sole reason for the massive rainfall -- Red China has shut down a LOT of its filthy coal plants. This is a one-off event. All these years, Red China has ramped up coal soot emissions -- through the roof. Said soot causes rain to fall in the Pacific Ocean -- not the West Coast of Canada and America. It really IS that simple. Duh. As Ripley would put it: " Have IQs really dropped since I've been away?"
