  1. Red China is emitting staggering amounts of soot into the Northern Pacific. This is changing rain patterns across North America -- because the soot is causing cloud formation and RAIN across the Pacific Ocean. This rain then can not fall upon the Western US. Duh. The great dry-up has been going hat-in-hand with Red Chinese coal fired power -- much of which is used to fabricate PV cells for the American market.
