Remember that a new world-scale coal fired plant is launched every seven-days in Red China. So, the power plants are there -- it's their coal that's missing. The coal was originally supposed to come from Australia. But now, Xi would have to crawl to Canberra or Washington to obtain the missing coal. He's ALREADY tapped all other sources. This is a PANIC collapse in electric power production. Normally coal fired plants, world-wide, keep 100 days of coal on hand. The AUKUS three-way has Xi going crazy. He can't bear to go hat in hand in the shadow of their Big Announcement.
