  1. It has ZERO economically viable resources -- which is why it's been a backwater/ backice for centuries. It's ONLY value is to thwart naval penetrations by the Russians and Red Chinese. There can be NO money made there. Greenland does have oceanic assets -- namely FISHING. Absolutely no-one is crazy enough to throw money away building out that bottomless ice pit.
