  1. The Kremlin has been lying all along. BTW, you wasted too much time retreading 2022's economic assumptions. Putin has had to totally purge his military brass because revolution is in the air for this Summer. Russians don't revolt when there is snow on the ground. Duh. This Winter will be brutal for millions of Ukrainians because of Putin. But this is ditto for millions of Russians. They have lost their apartments -- ruined last Winter -- still un-repaired.
