  5. That's all 100% Campaign Rhetoric. It means absolutely nothing. Wilson & FDR were going to keep America out of that European war. DDE was going to end the Korean war; RMN was going to end the Vietnam war. LBJ was going to save us -- and gave America the Vietnam war. Etc.
