  4. If bombast won wars, the EU would be a Superpower. The fact is that ALL of this talk is for the OUT YEARS. The EU/ European NATO has nothing in the cupboard. There will be no survivors in Russia or Ukraine by the time the EU steps up. Perhaps that's their real intent. Three-years have passed -- with war on their doorstep and THIS is the best they can do?
