  2. EV autos are not a panacea. The national power grid can't handle their power needs -- it's that vast. EV autos don't pencil out in rural areas -- nor do they make any sense in Alaska, Canada -- or in construction motive power. EV autos do make sense in our islands -- Hawaii, et al. EV autos do make sense in cities -- BIG cities -- which are where the Democrat party holds sway. EV autos are NOT paying their fair share of road taxation -- in any way. They are explicitly subsidized -- like using the car pool lane.

  3. Your Green energy buddies use the courts to hobble all new power plants -- you name it. The legal fights can last a decade all by themselves. CNG powered IC cars are THE way to go. UPS has done so, bus systems have done so -- for decades. CNG is MUCH more practical and is virtually a seamless transition to greener combustion.
