  1. Putin is ALREADY devastated by EU sanctions. His biggest tank factories are on hiatus -- for lack of German (industrial) imports. Germany has access to LNG -- via Dutch LNG terminal capacity. To an impressive degree, Europe has many cross-linkages in its natural gas grid. The Big Pain: some (east) German oil refineries are entirely dedicated to Russian crude -- by pipeline. If Russian oil import is prohibited -- they will shut down. (Bringing in oil, by train, from the coast does not appear at all practical.) The Big Question: has Xi so crippled the Red Chinese economy that oil is moving into glut? Big Question #2: will Biden permit the American oil & gas industry to ramp up production and exports?
