Trump reasons that since no-one inside Russia can get rid of the bloody tyrant, he must be endured. The only game plan left is endurance -- which did in the USSR if you recall. In the meantime, Putin is sure to bleed out the rest of his army, never daring to touch Moscow, St Petersburg. Kyiv's play is to stay on pure defense, tactically, and gut Putin's economy back at the pump. In all of the above, everyone ignores the fact that Trump has stepped on Putin's wallet. The EU can't send him digital cash.
